Poodle

"Poodle" refers to the Zaurus SL-5600 (also named B500). This device is similar to the Collie except that it has 64 MB of flash instead of 16 MB, and 32 MB of RAM instead of 64 MB. It is powered by the Intel XScale PXA250 (or PXA255 in newer ones).

The B500 is a variant of the Poodle that was only sold in Japan.

This device has the Portrait form factor.
